“Sorry,” Malcolm responded sheepishly.
Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart cleared his throat. “Which one?”
“Sir,” Magambo said sotto voce, “encouraging Professor Taylor in his Doctor-worship only serves to make these conferences interminably long.”
The Brigadier gave the Captain an authoritative look before again asking Malcolm, “Which one did you meet?”
“The spiky brown haired one with the pinstripes and the coat and he's just so wonderful!”
“Haven't met him yet,” the Brigadier mused.
“Oh, sir. He's splendid.”
“Yes. They all are,” the Brigadier agreed.
