The Doctor frowned as Jack's gaze went up to the heavens, the vault of stars stretching, on this world, from horizon to horizon.
"...Has anyone ever told you what an amazingly huge hypocrite you are?" asked Jack, as if the idea had been hanging around his mind for some time.
The Doctor's frown deepened with insult and confusion. "You're hardly -"
"No, I'm exactly the one to talk," said Jack firmly. "I've made decisions because I was the only one to make them, same as you. But people call me out on my mistakes. Who calls you out on yours?"
