The doors flew open and a magical girl in a metallic bronze sailor fuku and matching high boots bounded into the room, her copper hair streaming behind her. As she pirouetted, flourishing her ridged silver wand, the hemispheres attached to the pleats of her skirt gleamed in the light.

She struck a pose before her audience, the wand raised in one hand.

"Pretty warrior of love and genocide!" she proclaimed, her odango covers flashing in time with her words. "In the name of Skaro, I will exterminate you!"

Dalek Jast wearily lowered his eyestalk. "Sec. The answer is still no."

Maybe he thinks it's undignified, though I'm sure he'd claim Daleks have no concept of indignity. (And bearing in mind the form Sec actually took, I think Sailor Skaro could only have been an improvement!)
