The TARDIS sails serenely above the snow-covered London rooftops.
“Hard to port!” Announces Jackson as the spire approaches.
“Port's a drink not a direction,” argues Rosita, hauling the rudder firmly, “say left or right like a normal person please!”
“Left then!”
“Only if you want us to hit that Chimney!” In their wake a factory tower belches noxious fumes.
Apparently ballooning was supposed to be a gentile sport, but increasingly Rosita is grateful she'd insisted they learn how to fly it before seeking adventure. Some days, flying their TARDIS is an adventure in its own right.
